Julie considers herself a Body Mechanic, who utilizes multimodal therapy techniques to integrate and align all of the body’s systems. She is dedicated to working with the client throughout each step of their healing journey to overcome any physical and mental challenges and, ultimately, ensure they achieve their wellness goals.

An Education-Centered Process

Not only does Julie love being a source of healing for her clients through her hands-on treatment, but she also takes pride in helping people become self-sufficient in relieving their own pain issues. Education and clear communication are essential to her process; She helps clients understand what is going on with their body/pain, as well as how to discuss it with other practitioners or doctors.

Unlike other Physical Therapists, Julie believes that the healing journey starts in the mind. Through education, she helps shift the way people think and talk about their pain, helping them to reclassify it, better address it and overcome it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Vital Me Coaching Program

You can work through the VITAL ME program at your own pace.  The module trainings will be delivered over 7 weeks to give you time to work through them. You will also have a recording of those trainings so you can go back and re-listen at your convenience.

To maximize the program we recommend a minimum time commitment of 2 hours per week over 7 weeks. You will be able to go back and review, re-watch or complete more than one training at a later time if you need additional time to incorporate the elements of the VITAL ME program into your life.

Julie cannot advise you either way as she is not your primary therapist. The tools and techniques you learn in this program can enhance what you are already doing and may eventually replace some or all of your other therapy activities. Please do not consider this to replace medical advice or your primary therapy.
The short answer is yes. The long answer is that these techniques will integrate into your daily routine, form new good habits and create a sneaky lifestyle change. These changes will occur by using this system only a few minutes a day.
